This is it, 90 kg is set as a goal and in order to do this my plan is to gain a better physical health and the weight will be a result of this. I will give myself 40 days to acheive this goal. That would be 12th of May.
One of my best weapons will be my trusted Polar RCX5 training watch since this is what I have. Hopefully I will be able to give the readers of this post a review of some options regarding fitness watches.
My favourite workouts:
Hiking in the woods
Biking, preferably on trails
If at the gym: Treadmill, bike and step
The very best on my part is being in fresh air, using the body itself as a instrument.
